    Work World ships only within the 48 contiguous U.S. States and Washington D.C. Work World does not ship internationally. For inquiries about shipments to other U.S. locations, please contact support@workworld.com.

    Receive Your Order by 12/24/22

    If you wish to receive your order by 12/24/22, we strongly recommend placing your order before 11:59pm on Thursday, 12/15/22. Any orders received after this time are unlikely to reach their destination before 12/24/22.

    Our shipping providers are not offering service guarantees at this time due to unforeseeable circumstances including weather and continued impacts of COVID-19. Therefore, Work World is unable to guarantee delivery times to our customers.

    We will continue to ship packages during normal business hours, as detailed below in our policy. Please be aware that the delivery estimates represent typical delivery times and are not a guarantee, including expedited options.

    All orders ship from Washington state, so if your delivery address is located geographically far from Washington, shipping may naturally take longer.

     

    Flat Rate Shipping

    Work World ships online orders via UPS and charges flat rate shipping costs. Only the below shipping methods are available. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

    Shipping Times

    Shipping times are estimated times from UPS, our shipping carrier, and are calculated from the day your package leaves our distribution center. Please allow up to five (5) business days for processing before your order leaves our distribution center. It is our policy to prioritize Standard and Express shipment orders, but this is not always possible.

     

    Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

      • New Year's Day
      • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
      • President's Day
      • Memorial Day
      • 4th of July
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving Day
      • Christmas Day

     


    Free Shipping

    Free Economy shipping is automatically applied to all orders $99.00 or more. For promotional purposes, free Economy shipping may be available with a discount code. If you have a code, apply the code at checkout to receive free Economy shipping.  Free Economy shipping is available only within the 48 contiguous U.S. States and Washington D.C. 


    Standard and Express shipping methods do not qualify for free shipping.


    Returns & Exchanges

    Return shipping is available for any online order. Work World will provide a shipping label for each package to be returned.

     

    To ship items for return, contact support@workworld.com. We will confirm your order and provide a return shipping label. Securely package your items, original packaging preferred, adhere the label and drop off the package at your local UPS store or UPS pick-up location.


    You may also return your items for no additional charge at any Work World or Whistle Workwear retail store. Bring your items and packing slip to one of stores, find a store here.

     

    Exchanges are available, but processed as a new order. For help with exchanges, please contact support@workworld.com.

     

    All unused items returned with tags and original package may be returned for a full refund of the items , regardless of when it was purchased. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. For defective items, please contact support@workworld.com to process a refund. Please see our full returns policy here.

    Cancellations

    Once you place your order, you may cancel or change your order before it is shipped – typically within 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email to indicate when the order has been shipped.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Work World is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or stolen packages once they have shipped. Work World assumes no responsibility or liability for items after point of shipment.
